Detailed rule I.Z.1.11 of the Good Practices of Companies Listed on the WSE

The Company has a rule for changing the auditor contained in the document "Policy and procedure for the selection of an audit firm and the provision of additional services by an audit firm, an affiliate of an audit firm or a member of its network at Unima 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne SA, based in Krakow.", adopted by a resolution of the Audit Committee at its meeting on October 12, 2017.

In accordance with the adopted document, the Company has a key auditor rotation rule, according to which the maximum duration of uninterrupted audit engagements of the Company's financial statements required by law to be carried out by the same audit firm or an audit firm affiliated with that audit firm or any member of the network operating in the European Union countries to which those audit firms belong may not exceed 5 years.
